We love Port Welshpool

Port Welshpool is a popular beachside location. Fishing is also a favourite past time for many of the people who love Port Welshpool. Gummy sharks and trevally are both common, and there’s a launching ramp.
Marine displays are at the Port Welshpool Museum, which is open daily.
There are plans to restore the one kilometre plus, long jetty near the town.
Port Welshpool is about 200km or two and a half hours from the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne in the north-eastern margin of Corner Inlet.
A few kilometres north of Port Welshpool is the town of Welshpool. From here you can drive a further 9km to the Agnes Falls Reserve; the site of one of Victoria’s highest waterfalls. Here the Agnes River plunges 60m. Take a picnic or cook up a barbecue and enjoy a walk around the reserve.
Stay at Long Jetty Caravan Park or Blue Oar Cottage.
