Oaklane Retreat is a self contained, charming holiday cottage, just 2 kms from the picturesque township of Foster. It is a stylish and very comfortable “home away from home” for up to 4 guests. Find much needed peace, relaxation and total privacy on our 14 acre property on a ‘no through road’.
For a short break during off peak times you can book a single night, please ring the owner to enquire about tariff and availability.
Oaklane Retreat is the place to unwind and rejuvenate, to listen to the birds and to enjoy the colourful gardens in a peaceful country setting. Extensive lawns invite you to play and have fun in the great outdoors.

This peaceful “Getaway” is also the perfect base for exploring the beautiful beaches, superb coastal outlooks and rainforests of South Gippsland.

Magnificent Wilsons Promontory National Park is a paradise for bushwalking and water activities alike.

Oaklane Retreat comprises:

As Oaklane Retreat is a double brick house, it offers warmth in winter and keeps cool much longer on hot summer days.

You can unwind on the verandah with a good book and a cool drink, watch the birds, enjoy a delicious BBQ feast, or explore the extensive garden. If you feel ready for action you can go out and explore the many beautiful sights and things to do in our scenic coastal region, especially at Wilsons Promontory National Park.

Find peace, relaxation and total privacy on our 14 acre property. There are board games, books and magazines provided and you can relax on the garden lounges on the verandah.

Explore charming South Gippsland with its rolling hills and rainforests and its magnificent “Prom Coast” scenery.

A few minutes drive takes you to shops, cafes, restaurants, galleries, golf course, health services and much more.

20 minutes drive to beautiful unspoiled beaches at Sandy Point and Waratah Bay, 25 minutes to superb Wilsons Promontory National Park.

PEAK SEASON: DECEMBER 1st to 21st: $165 two persons rate per night, plus $30.- per extra person per night, min. booking 2 nights, 3 or more nights midweeek $160.– p/n,
22nd Dec. to 21st January and EASTER: $170.– p/n, 3 nights min., $1155.- per week, 21st Jan. to 28th Febr.: $165.- p/n, 2 nights min., or $160.– p/n for 3 or more nights.
