We love Korumburra

Korumburra is a dairy town and heritage centre among rolling green hills in the South Gippsland region. Korumburra was an important location for coal mining and the past is remembered in the recreated, Coal Creek Community Park, which depicts life in the late 1800s and early 1900s. View the Strzelecki Ranges and Bass Strait from nearby Cooks Hill. A number of art galleries and a pottery workshop are located in, and around, Korumburra in the peaceful rolling hills. From Korumburra catch the South Gippsland Tourist Train, which runs on selected days, to either Nyora or Leongatha. Places to visit include the Botanic Park featuring Olsen’s Walk.
Stay at Benaway Cottages, Bentleys B&B and Korumburra Tourist Park.
Please upload your Korumburra photos and write a comment about your holiday in Korumburra – http://www.facebook.com/groups/11955880942/
