Description:

Bedroom one has a queen bed and its own TV. Bedroom two has a single bed plus a bunk with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top whilst bedroom three is small and has a single bed. The house sleeps 7 overall.

The bathroom has a shower only and the toilet is separate.

The kitchen has electric cooking, microwave and a family size fridge.

The lounge, dining and kitchen area are open plan and ideal for the family to be all together.

The lounge and dining area are comfortably furnished. A colour TV and DVD are included.

The laundry has an auto washer and dryer.

Heating is either by a small wood fired pot belly stove (bring your own wood) or the reverse cycle air conditioner, this can be also used for cooling.

There is a gas BBQ on the front deck.

Parking for small boats in off the road in front of the house or larger boats can park on the nature strip outside the house.

You are close to the beach access, General Store and Cafe in this well set up property. Great family house with everything you need. Doonas and pillows supplied however must bring own linen and towels (sheets, pillow cases and doona covers). Tea towels and bath mats supplied.

Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival – no refunds will apply unless we are able to refill all the period booked, 10% fee of the total then applies. No refunds for early departure or non-arrivals.

Children & Extra Guest Policy:

This home is supplied by tank water and waste is handled by a septic system. For this reason there are limitations on the facilities and it is requested that the maximum amount of guest allowed is determined by the sleeping accommodation provided. It is not permissible for additional guests to be housed in tents, caravans, etc. Your assistance in adhering to this request would be appreciated.

Car Parking:

Car parking is off street. There is room for two cars off the street. Small boats could be parked off the street in front of the house and larger boats can be parked on the nature strip in front of the house.

Cleanliness		Michael Cincotta The advertisement for this property suggests that there is room for boat parking. I took my 5m boat to the property and it did not fit, in fact I incurred serious damaged to the effect of $2000 to my boat trying to get it into and out of the driveway. This property is in no way suitable to park a boat over 3.5 metres, it is only possible to park small tinnies and needs to be clearly stated before people attempt to bring their pride and joy along. The driveway is steep, uneven and bends around through a narrow driveway entrance. There are many overhanging branches. All this is fine but do not advertise the property as suitable for parking boats as it is absolutely not, and I am not prepared to park a $40,000 boat on the nature strip for anyone to pillage through or steal. Also the fire place is way to small. We purchased firewood from the local general store and ‘NONE’ of it fit into the entrance hole. The dimension of firewood that fits in this unit needs to be stated on the pre stay information. It simply states that a the firebox is ‘small’. Fairly expensive for what it was too, considering the restriction of 4 adults meaning the cost cannot be shared amongst other guests. Overall it was ok but I felt very mislead by the boat parking comment as this and only this is what I base my accommodation purchases on. Thank you.
