Environmentally friendly with massive adobe walls, heavy mass floors, correct solar orientation and overhanging eaves combine to assist with natural cooling in summer and heat retention in winter with the log fire.

Complimentary tea and coffee available at any time. A friendly guest house in a quiet rural setting of native gardens and abundant bird life with a rustic ambience and charm and a reputation for quality home cooked food enjoyed by our guests from Australia and around the world. Fully licensed with boutique South Gippsland Wines and the famous Mirboo naturally-brewed no-preservative ales.

TARIFF: Queen bed ensuite room (2 persons) $180 per night. Twin share ensuite room (2 single beds) $180 per night. Queen or twin share room (single occupancy) $150 per night. Tariffs include full continental and grilled a-la-carte breakfast served in the conservatory in the morning. Dinner by reservation only $60 per person. Full liquor licence. Gluten-free diets catered for.
