Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave and stove.

Dining setting for 8 guests.

CD/radio player, TV and video player in living room.

Second TV and DVD player in main bedroom.

Ceiling to floor windows in the dining and living room give 180 degree views.

Heaters in all rooms plus a split system air conditioner / heater and wood heater in the living room.

Adults and children's board games, toys and videos are provided.

Large deck with BBQ and outdoor settings.

Peaceful retreat overlooking farmland to the Prom on a 1.5 acre grassy block (great for children to run around!) in a quiet court with only three other houses.

Sorry, no pets.

TARIFFS

From January 2008 - $200 per night or $1,300 per week.

One night stays may be available.

50% deposit is required to secure your booking, balance is payable on arrival.

Cash or cheque accepted.
