Description:
Three fully self contained, two bedroom, cedar cabins on four acres surrounded by dairy pastures with magnificent views of the Strzelecki Ranges, Corner Inlet and The Prom.
Each cabin sleeps up to five people and contains LCD TV, DVD and CD players, full kitchen, laundry and a split system air conditioning unit for instant heating and cooling all year round.
There is a covered barbeque for our guest's convenience.
We invite you to relax and share the peaceful atmosphere.
CABINS - OFF PEAK $130 per night May, June, July, Aug, Sept, Oct. MID SEASON $160 per night Nov, Dec (first two weeks) Feb, March, April. PEAK SEASON $180 per night Dec (last two weeks), Jan and long weekends.
BARN - OFF PEAK May to September $150 for 2 adults, $20 extra per adult and $10 extra per child (under 16 years of age). PEAK October to April Long weekends (Australia Day, Labour Day, Easter, Anzac Day, Queens Birthday and Melbourne Cup) $180 for 2 adults, $20 extra per adult and $10 extra per child (under 16 years of age).
TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY: Three and four night minimum stays apply to public holiday weekends. Single night bookings are an option.
LINENS: Please note that sheets and towels are not supplied unless requested (a 10% surcharge applies). Blankets, electric blankets, doonas, pillow cases and pillows are supplied.
PAYMENTS: 50% deposit upon booking and balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival require 100% payment upon booking. Payment by credit card, cheque or direct deposit.

Cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival will result in no refund unless a new booking is obtained to cover all the days booked (if the new booking covers a portion of your original booking, a partial refund will result).
