The open plan living area has a wood heater and leads onto a large deck complete with hooded BBQ and teak outdoor setting. In each bedroom there is a double bed with a single bunk above. Features include polished jarrah floors, new kitchen, microwave, TV DVD/video/CD player, reverse cycle a/c and front loading washing machine.

The gardens include a pop up caravan equipped with it's own TV, video and undercover deck in case the kids need their own space, and it is only a short stroll to the patrolled beach or shops.

Pet friendly with pets welcome at owner's discretion. Doggy flap and kennel provided. Pets allowed inside (not on furniture). Property is fully fenced with large gardens for pets to explore.

Baby friendly with port-a-cot, high chair, pram, baby bath and baby/toddler swing provided.

Off-peak: $150 per night. $675 for 5 nights. $770 for 7 nights. Peak (February, April & September school holidays, long weekends - 3 night minimum): $170 per night. $765 for 5 nights. $875 for 7 nights. January school holidays: $1230 for 7 nights. Christmas / New Year's week: $1800 for 7 nights.

50% deposit required to confirm booking. Balance required 1 week prior to arrival. Payment by cash, direct deposit or cheque (subject to allowing 7 days to clear).
