Cancellations:

On confirmation of booking a deposit of fifty percent is required. Payable by cheque or money order. Cancellations seven or more days in advance, full deposit will be refunded. Cancellations less than seven days, fifty percent of deposit will be retained.

Getting There:

From Melbourne, travel along South Gippsland Highway to Toora. Pass the BP service station on your left, then turn at the next left into CREAMERY VALLEY ROAD. Proceed along that road for 4.5kms. The made road veers to the right, you veer to the left into the unmade FRANKLIN RIVER ROAD. Proceed along approximately 150 metres, then turn right into SCANNELS ROAD. Proceed length of that single lane road, cross a bridge and the Gully Humphrey property will at the front of you. Proceed along track, approx 750 metres. The first building you will see is the cottage and just park out the front.
