THIRD BEDROOM: Two bunks - one a double with single on top, the other two singles. Sleeps 5. Lamp. Bookcase with games. Chairs and table. Doonas, pillows and blankets supplied. BRING SHEETS AND PILLOW CASES!

BATHROOM/LAUNDRY: Bath with shower and screen. Modern top loading washing machine. Cleaning equipment and storage. Hand basin. Mirror.

Separate toilet with hand basin.

OPEN PLAN LOUNGE, DINING & KITCHEN: Two three seater couches. One an extra fold out double bed. Two tables and chairs: seats 10 - 12. Dual fuel stove: gas burners and electric oven/grill. Microwave/Toaster/ Coffee Grinder. Large fridge/Storage cupboards. Lots of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. TV/Stereo. Two ceiling fans and evaporative cooler. Enclosed wood heater with safety fence.
