Blakey's Losman has been extended and renovated throughout!

It is now a very comfortable, bright and attractive 3 bedroom home (sleeps 6-7) on an extra large grassed block.

The new spacious, open plan living area (kitchen, dining, and lounge), leads through glass doors to the large north facing deck and outdoor setting.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom a double bed with a single bunk above (tri-bunk) and the third a double bed. We supply doonas, doona covers and blankets. BYO sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

There are 2 internal toilets and 2 showers (1 internal and 1 external).

Blakey's Losman is located only metres from a beach access on a quiet street, as well as being close to the licensed supermarket, café, tennis and basketball courts.

All modern appliances are provided, such as a television, DVD, video and CD players, reverse cycle air conditioner, washing machine and barbecue.

The block lends itself to all sorts of holiday fun and games as well as parking for cars and boats! Access to the beautiful Sandy Point beach and Wilsons Promontory views is only 50 metres from the house.

Apart from spending the day on the beach or exploring the amazing coastal areas, one can spend the heat of the day lying on the grass under the shady trees or on the large balcony.

There is plenty of space on the large grassy block for parking, boats and games of all sorts! There is also a safe penned area and kennel for the loved family pet!

Local Attractions:

Sandy Point offers a huge variety of attractions - apart from the beautiful sweeping patrolled beach which is excellent for swimming and surfing, there is within a short drive, Shallow Inlet. It is excellent for fishing from a boat or shore and is a windsurfing mecca!

In Sandy Point there is a licensed supermarket that caters for most of your needs, a takeaway and dine in cafe and minigolf.

A 20 minute drive will take you to either Foster or Fish Creek.

Foster has 2 supermarkets, a hotel, a number of cafes, a good variety of shops, a golf and bowling club.

Fish Creek offers a hotel, coffee shops and some other interesting stores.

Within a 45 minute drive is the truly wonderful Wilsons Promontory National Park, a must see!

There are beautiful walks along the beach and at Shallow Inlet - plenty of exercise for the dog!!!

Getting There:

Driving along the Sandy Point Road from either Foster or Fish Creek you will turn right into Ennisvale Avenue. Follow this road until you hit a T intersection (approx 400m). Turn right into Graeme Grove - the next road on your right will be Acacia St - turn right here and the driveway will be only metres from this turn! The house is located on the corner of Graeme Grove and Acacia Sts- the driveway is in Acacia St.

Cleanliness		Excellent facilities in house. Everything you could need plus a few nice extras. Even the Air Con. The best location to beach track & shops. Large deck with BBQ was fabulous and the large grass area was perfect for cricket etc with the kids. Even the dog was catered for with the secured pen area.
