There is plenty of space on the large grassy block for parking, boats and games of all sorts! There is also a safe penned area and kennel for the loved family pet!

Local Attractions:

Sandy Point offers a huge variety of attractions - apart from the beautiful sweeping patrolled beach which is excellent for swimming and surfing, there is within a short drive, Shallow Inlet. It is excellent for fishing from a boat or shore and is a windsurfing mecca! In Sandy Point there is a licensed supermarket that caters for most of your needs, a takeaway and dinein cafe and minigolf. A 20 minute drive will take you to either Foster or Fish Creek. Foster has 2 supermarkets, a hotel, a number of cafes, a good variety of shops, a golf and bowling club. Fish Creek offers a hotel, coffee shops and some other interesting stores. Within a 45 minute drive is the truly wonderful Wilsons Promontory National Park, a must see!! There are beautiful walks along the beach and at Shallow Inlet - plenty of exercise for the dog!!!

Getting There:

Driving along the Sandy Point Road from either Foster or Fish Creek you will turn right into Ennisvale Avenue. Follow this road until you hit a T intersection (approx 400m). Turn right into Graeme Grove - the next road on your right will be Acacia St - turn right here and the driveway will be only metres from this turn! The house is located on the corner of Graeme Grove and Acacia Sts- the driveway is in Acacia St.
