A Funky Sandy Beach Shack is set in a quiet, but convenient to all attractions, location. 5 minute walk to beach over beautiful sand dune tracks - choice of 3 nearby tracks with amazing views and flora.

A fully furbished warm, bright, sunny holiday house. Sleeps 6 (comfortably > 8) - 1xQS, 1xDB, 2xSB, 1xcouch/futon=DB in lounge room and 1x porta cot if needed. All doonas with covers and pillows supplied. Please BYO sheets, pillow cases and towels (or can be supplied by arrangement).

Fully equipped kitchen, dining setting, groovy bathroom and laundry, TV, DVD player and stereo (with range of discs for use). Mobile phone reception. Variety of reading material.

Relax on the large north facing sailed deck with comfy outdoor settings and banana lounges, barbeque facilities. Outdoor shower for convenience after those great long days at the beach or that early morning surf.

Large open block for car parking, boat safety, family cricket games, etc.

$145 per night for 2 night minimum stay (Call to arrange one night options).

Packages:

OFF PEAK SPECIAL RATES - April, May, June, July, August, September and October excluding school and public holidays at $130 per night for 2 night minimum stay (Call to arrange one night options). $650 per week.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY RATES - $850 per week for 1 week minimum stay. Friday to Friday.

CHRISTMAS school holiday RATES (19th December, 2008 - 29th January, 2009) - $1,200 per week for 1 week minimum stay. Friday to Friday.

AUSTRALIA DAY (Friday, Saturday,sunday and monday) -$700

LABOUR DAY (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights) - $500.

EASTER (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights) - $700.

MELBOURNE CUP WEEKEND (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday) - $580.

ANZAC DAY & QUEEN'S BIRTHDAY LONG WEEKEND (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) - $500.

We require 50% deposit to secure your booking. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
