Three bedrooms -2 Queens and 2 bunks (4 singles) with 2 futons - comfortably sleeps 10. Child friendly. New fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Spa bath, outdoor/indoor showers. Two porches (1 sunny 1 shade) - BBQ. Gas heater, clothes washer and Hills Hoist. Heavy curtains for sleeping in and keeping cool. Fresh rain water for drinking and washing.

No linen service so bring own towels and sheets or sleeping bags (2 Queen, 4 singles and 2 flat sheets for futons). Doonas, blankets available (sheets and doona covers are available if you don't have the right sizes but must be laundered). Spices and condiments and some others available but you fill what you use up.

Single night bookings subject to $50 surcharge during peak period (29 November 2009 to 16 April 2010) Big yard for boats and bore water at the car port for boat and car washing.
