Three bedrooms -2 queens and 2 bunks (4 singles) with 2 futons - comfortably sleeps 10. Child friendly. New fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Spa bath, outdoor/indoor showers. Two porches (1 sunny 1 shade) - BBQ. Gas heater, clothes washer and Hills Hoist. Heavy curtains for sleeping in and keeping cool. Fresh rain water for drinking and washing.

No linen service so bring own towels and sheets or sleeping bags (2 queen, 4 singles and 2 flat sheets for futons). Doonas, blankets available (sheets and doona covers are available if you don't have the right sizes but must be laundered). Spices and condiments and some others available but you fill what you use up. Big yard for boats and bore water at the car port for boat and car washing.

Cleanliness		The house we stayed in was okay. We weren't as near the beach as we thought though. Also, the barbeque ran out of gas while we were cooking so we ended up cooking inside. Cleanliness		It was in a great location and wonderful to share with another family. The lounges could be a bit more comfortable but there was plenty of seats for everyone. It was great to see all the extras that would make a week very enjoyable - we will try and come back in summertime!
