Bedroom one has a queen bed and its own TV. Bedroom two has two sets of bunks whilst bedroom three is small and has a single bed. The house sleeps 7 overall.
The bathroom has a shower only and the toilet is separate.
The kitchen has electric cooking, microwave and a family size fridge.
The lounge, dining and kitchen area are open plan and ideal for the family to be all together.
The lounge and dining area are comfortably furnished. A colour TV, DVD and VCR are included.
The laundry has an auto washer.
Heating is either by a wood fired pot belly stove or the reverse cycle air conditioner, this can be also used for cooling.
There is a gas BBQ on the front deck.

Cancellations:
Cancellations earlier than 30 days prior to arrival - Full refund less 10% cancellation fee of the total. Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival - no refunds will apply unless we are able to refill all the period booked, 10% fee of the total then applies. No refunds for early departure or non-arrivals.

Children & Extra Guest Policy:
This home is supplied by tank water and waste is handled by a septic system. For this reason there are limitations on the facilities and it is requested that the maximum amount of guest allowed is determined by the sleeping accommodation provided. It is not permissible for additional guests to be housed in tents, caravans, etc. Your assistance in adhering to this request would be appreciated.
