This is a 5 bedroom home with 2 living areas that will accommodate up to 8 people.

When you arrive you will be pleased to see the site securely fenced, with native trees and plants. You approach the front door by a timber slatted ramp, and will be pleasantly surprised as you enter the front foyer to find a modern home set out over 3 levels - just 6 years old.

Entry level: Main bedroom - QB suite, ES & WIR. Bedroom 2 & 3 - SB, BIR. Large bathroom. Separate toilet. Laundry - FL WM, Dryer.

Upper level: 50 square metres of open living. Living room with modern wood heater, TV and DVD with a 3 plus 2 lounge suite. Meals area seats 8. All electric kitchen with SS under bench oven, cook top, kettle, toaster, refrigerator plus WI pantry. 20 square metre deck with 8 seat outdoor setting and BBQ.

Lower level: down from the entry foyer. Family room - large room, TV, 4 seat cane setting. Bedroom 4 - QB, BIR. Bedroom 5 - Bunks - double with single over, BIR. Verandah area under deck - bistro setting for 2.

All bedding, including towels are supplied for 8 persons.

We have designed and constructed a family home that we hope your family will respect, share and enjoy with us.

In the backyard: Double garage - 7 x 6 metre, roller doors 2700 x 2400 mm, wide gravel drive and turning access. Large lawn area for play-time. Boat Parking.

A no smoking and no pets house. Maximum of 8 persons to stay.

Surf beaches - East is Woodside (40 minutes). West is Sandy Point (40 minutes).

Our historic Long Jetty 1 km long - 5 minutes.

Agnes Falls - 20 minutes.

Historic Port Albert and Yarram - 20 minutes.

Wilsons Promontory - an easy days outing and on the way visit Toora, Foster and Fish Creek.

Very well maintained house, very comfortable. Just a suggestion, 2 bedrooms had only single beds, had there been double beds, would have been more comfortable. House had no toilet rolls, I suggest that be mentioned prior. Overall - excellent house.
