BASS STRAIT FISHING CHARTERS AND PROM TOURS

Port Welshpool and Wilsons Promontory.

Be impressed by the spectacular views of Wilson's Promontory as you cast a line. Be guided by your experienced skipper around Wilson's Prom and Bass Strait, and enjoy the fishing adventure.

The Antarona Rose is an 18 meter fishing trawler which has been converted to accommodate for recreational anglers. So there's plenty of room for all to land their prized snapper.

1/2 DAY CHARTER - This is a 6 hour charter leaving at the early tide (or approx 7am). - Breakfast, morning tea, lunch and non alcoholic drinks will be provided. - Quality rods and reels, bait and ice also provided. - This charter stays in the channel close to Snake Island and The Prom.

FULL DAY CHARTER - This is a 12 hour charter leaving at early tide (or approx 7am). - Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and non alcoholic drinks will be provided. - Quality rods and reels, bait and ice also provided. - This charter stops at various spots around The Prom and ventures out for deep water fishing in Bass Strait.

PROM COAST TOUR - 12 hour tour, leaving approximately 7am. - Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, BBQ dinner and non-alcoholic drinks provided. - Leaving from Port Welshpool, the route passes Snake Island to Seal Island, then direct to South East Point, returning along coast of Prom, past Waterloo Bay, then stopping at Refuge Cove, then past Sealers Cove back to Port Welshpool. - May be sightings of dolphins, seals, and sea birds.

OVERNIGHT AND EXTENDED CHARTERS - The Antarona Rose has a toilet, shower, galley and bunk accommodation to cater for any overnight and/or extended charters.

BOOKING CONDITIONS - All bookings require a 20% deposit for confirmation. Balance of payment needs to be finalized at least 3 days prior to charter date. All charters are subject to weather conditions, should the weather conditions be unsuitable, the charter date will be postponed to a date mutually agreed upon.

INSURANCE - No responsibility will be accepted for accidents, illness or misadventure or loss/damage to any property and it is recommended that adequate insurance be taken out to cover against the above.
