While we were surprised by the closeness of the cottage to the owner's house, it did not matter a bit and we had a very pleasant stay overnight. Great views and friendly hospitality.

We loved our stay at Emerald Hills. The owners are friendly and helpful and the location lovely. It is quite close to the main house which did not worry us but may be a consideration for some. There is however still plenty of privacy afforded to the cottage with screening and gardens. We were towing a trailer and the parking was a bit tight. The best part for us was the magnificent views and proximity to the rail trail which was fantastic for family cycling trips. Our day trip to Wilsons Prom was also fantastic.

Management Response

Thankyou for your comments re Emerald Hills Cottage. I hadn't realised I could actually reply to YOUR comments. We enjoyed you and the family's stay, and we hope the new baby and the move have been free of stress for you both. We have had a fairly busy few weeks which is not usual for winter, but the word is out about our beautiful EMERALD HILLS I think. Jan and Graham Green.
