Recreation room with pool and table tennis tables. Wheel chair access. Hand rails in cottage. Oban Cottage: Two bedroom cottage to accommodate 6. Main with double bed, second with double bunks. Cot and high chair available. Doonas and blankets are provided. Fully equipped kitchen including microwave. Lounge with CD player, clock radio, colour TV, fan, gas heating, radio cassette player and video player. Laundry with automatic washing machine. Barbeque. Join in seasonal farm activities on this 1,300 acre beef property. Activities on the property include chook feeding, pony rides, tennis and yabbie catching. Horses can be accommodated and ridden on the property. Pets by prior arrangement. 2 kms North of Inverloch - Cafes, golf courses, hotels, inlet and surf beaches, restaurants, shops, walking tracks and wineries. Central to Coal Creek Heritage Village, Phillip Island, State Coal Mine and Wilsons Promontory. Tariff from $110 - $200 per night and $440 - $770 per week. B.Y.O. linen or hire for $5 per person.
