Fully equipped kitchen including crockery, cutlery, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooktop stove and oven. Billiard table, books, DVD, games, lounge suites, TV, VCR, country style wood heater and reverse cycle air conditioning. Bath and shower. Separate toilet. Iron, ironing board and front loading washing machine. Modern furnishings. Portable gas BBQ. Car, boat and trailer parking. Private and secluded property surrounded by established trees.

2 minute walk to Anderson Inlet beach. Close to surf beach. 15 minute walk from Inverloch's shops, cafe's and boat ramp. Drive along Inverloch's spectacular coast to visit Eagles Nest (a rock formation that looks like a map of Australia), and other bays and beaches. 45 minutes drive to Wilsons Promontory National Park. Sorry, no pets.
