Both of our self-contained cottages have a large open family / dining room (with gas heating, TV, DVD, CD player and AM/FM radio) and can each sleep up to 6 people.

Each features 2 bedrooms (the first with a Queen bed and the second with 2 single beds, plus an extra two slide out single beds for children) with a fully fitted-out kitchen (including fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all cookware and crockery), bathroom (including washing machine) and separate toilet.

The cottages cater for both families and/or couples, and include all bedding, linen and towels.

Each cottage has a 4-burner BBQ and outdoor setting located on a large outdoor deck.

The property also includes a heated indoor swimming pool.

Horses are welcome for Rail Trail users and both a boarding kennel and dog sitting service is available locally.

Fish Creek Farmview Cottages are located on a working 300 acre beef farm overlooking spectacular water views and undulating pastures.

Located adjacent to The Great Southern Rail Trail - www.promcountry.com.au/railtrail , 4.5 kms to Fish Creek and 12.5 kms from Meeniyan. The cottages are 15 minutes drive to local beaches.

Sorry, no smoking indoors and no pets.

TARIFFS

Our rates are as follows: Nightly Rates (For each Cottage): $140 for 2 People (Twin/Double share in one room), $35 per extra Person and $15 per extra Child (Under 16). No charge for babies using your own porta-cot.

Minimum stays: 5 nights over Christmas, 3 nights over Easter and generally 2 nights at other times.

Payment on booking: Cash, Cheque, Bank card, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to arrival are entitled to a full refund less 10% cancellation fee of the total booking amount. Cancellations within two weeks prior will only receive a refund if there is a replacement booking. No arrival, no refund.
